Poor posture is an increasingly common workplace problem and can lead to a range of health issues including headaches, neck, back, and shoulder pain.

Through undertaking spine checks within the workplace, we are able to assess people before they have experienced any pain. This enables us to address the underlying problems preventing suffering.
