Relax & Restore Weekly Group Class

Relax and Restore is a soothing, physio-guided group class designed to help you move with ease, feel rejuvenated, and take a peaceful pause. Held in the serene setting of our Secret Garden, this 45-minute session combines gentle breathwork, deep stretching, and Pilates-inspired strengthening to ease tension, enhance flexibility, and support your daily movement.

The class features floor-based exercises that gently open the hips, back, shoulders, and legs, along with simple strength-building moves to help you feel more balanced, lighter, and comfortable in your body. Suitable for all fitness levels, the session is conducted on mats with soft background music and a nearby water station.
