What to Expect?

Launching in Spring 2024, our Stroud networking group is designed to bring together a diverse community of local business women from Stroud, Cirencester, Nailsworth and the surrounding towns and villages across the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire.

The Stroud group is the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded, progressive and ambitious women in business who are looking to build long-term relationships, create meaningful connections and benefit from ongoing business support.

This networking group combines productivity with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for anyone looking to network in a comfortable environment where genuine relationships can grow.

Our members are passionate about their businesses and enjoy collaborating with fellow business owners who are equally enthusiastic about what they do. Whether you’re looking to gain new perspectives, share your expertise or build your support network, you’ll find a community of women who are ready to encourage and inspire one another.

During our monthly meetings, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from an expert through our keynote speaker session, introduce yourself and your business during the one-minute introductions round, and take part in our business surgery.

The business surgery gives you the chance to bring a business challenge to the group for advice and support, or share your own knowledge and experience to help another business owner overcome theirs.

Non-members are welcome to attend up to two meetings so they can experience the community and discover how they could benefit from becoming part of Women Mean Biz. Please feel free to invite another woman in business from Gloucestershire who you think would benefit from connecting with this wonderful community of local business women.

Women Mean Biz is a women-only membership community. However, we occasionally invite male speakers to deliver keynote talks when we feel the subject matter and their expertise will provide valuable and relevant insights for women in business.
