Hi, I’m Kerise — a neurodiversity-friendly travel coach and mentor. I support neurodivergent individuals, families, and carers by helping them prepare for travel in a way that feels calmer, more accessible, and better suited to their needs.
As an AuDHDer, married to another, and mum to an AuDHD son, I understand the unique challenges that can come with travelling while neurodivergent. I offer personalised guidance before and during your trip, including planning, managing transitions, reducing stress and sensory overload, and building confidence to make journeys feel more manageable and enjoyable.
Alongside my travel coaching, I’m also the founder of the Inclusion Support Hub Wiltshire — a community project focused on raising awareness, connecting families, and supporting inclusive businesses and events across the county.
