At IWURI, candles are our passion! I’m Tammy Subkhi, the founder, and my journey into candle making began as a crazy midlife adventure. After hitting the big 5-0, saying farewell to my single mum badge, and adjusting to a very empty nest, I knew it was time for something new. A spontaneous decision to take a candle-making course led me here—embarking on a fresh and exciting journey filled with wax, wicks, and endless possibilities!
When creating IWURI, my vision was to combine my love for bold, quirky design with luxury candles to create a truly unique and inspiring collection. I wanted each candle to not only enhance your space but also inspire moments of joy, relaxation and self-care. With a focus on high-quality ingredients and captivating fragrances, IWURI is all about bringing together creativity and indulgence, while elevating home aesthetics with a playful, yet luxurious touch.
All our luxury products are meticulously hand-poured with love in the picturesque Cotswolds, right here in our small (but cute) studio. We use only the finest fragrance oils and plant-based coconut and rapeseed wax, all being vegan friendly. The first collection has been crafted with top, middle and base notes from all fragrance families, there's a something for everyone - making it the perfect gift for yourself (oh, cheeky!), and for those special people in your life.
