Step 2 (only if appropriate and if you qualify): An evolving, fully customized plan of care that is delivered via an exclusive app so you are always clear on the next steps in achieving your goals.

Throughout the plan of care you receive: guidance, accountability, coaching, access to a library of resources designed to empower you to take control of your injury.

Clients receive unlimited asynchronous support from a licensed physiotherapist, strength coach, athletic therapist.
