My interest and expertise lies in supporting the development and capacity of those whose roles have significant impact on the systems they serve. I help leaders, professionals and individuals who are looking for new ways of leading and being in our complex and multi-layered world; people who are aware of the need to attend to their own inner work to support the outer work of leadership and change. I work with those who are interested in the whole – purpose, people and planet – as well as healthy profit.
Supporting you through transition and uncertainty
I coach and accompany senior leaders, and those preparing for future pivotal roles - enabling them to confidently navigate, and support others through, transition and into the new; I offer reflective and restorative space for HR, OD and change professionals helping them re-centre, keep a bird’s eye view of their work and their impact on the system as a whole; and I provide supervision and mentoring to coaches and consultants for their ongoing development and deepening of their practice.
For individuals interested in developing a more conscious and authentic way of being in their life and their work, I offer workshops and retreats on various themes.
