For those of you who do not know, Cicely is a British entrepreneur recognised as the Director and Co-Founder of Sibling Distillery, as well as the Owner of Our House, a wine and cocktail bar in Gloucester. Renowned for her deep passion and expertise in the drinks industry, Cicely has built an impressive reputation. In early 2024, she expanded her focus to wine, pursuing advanced knowledge through Level 2 and Level 3 Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certifications. Alongside her studies, she has worked as a wine advisor, helping private clients curate cellars and build wine collections with great success.
